The space
Completely Renovated Direct Beachfront/Oceanfront 2BR (sleeps 5) 2BA Condo just steps to the sand (no stairs to climb)! The Master Bedroom features an attached full bathroom, king bed, and sliding doors leading to large beachfront patio. The 2nd Bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. A pack and play is available for you to use as well. The 2nd full bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, Keurig, a hand mixer, plus all of your major kitchen essentials. Dining Area & Spacious Living Room with a reclining sofa and chair and sliding doors leading to the patio. The beachfront patio is just a few steps to the sand and features a hammock along with a table and chairs. A full size washer/dryer are located inside the condo. We have even included beach/pool towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a few beach toys for you to enjoy. All rooms have Smart TVs installed as well as regular cable! There is a drop down desk in the master bedroom, just in case you have to get some work done while on vacation. We have also included a few board games and cards for nightly entertainment.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire condo and the patio. The only shared space will be the outdoor pool and the outdoor shower area when you get off of the beach. There is also a charcoal grill available for you to use, located near the pool.
Additional notes
The outdoor pool is typically closed from mid-October to through mid-April. We do provide blankets and extra sheets/towels which are located in the 2nd bedroom closet. We do ask that you please launder any of the extra sheets, towels and beach towels that you use and place them back for our next guest to enjoy.
The parking lot does not require permits. Golf Carts are not allowed to be parked in the condo parking lot. Only service/support animals are allowed, per the condo association rules. Please provide the service/support animal certificate prior to your stay so that the condo association can approve it.

Neighborhood overview
Cherry Grove Beach is one of the most sought after areas in the Grand Strand! You are close to many shops, restaurants, miniature golf places, amusement parks including Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach! Cherry Grove is known for the famous Cherry Grove Fishing Pier as well as searching for shark teeth along the beach. You can view the sunrise and the sunset from the beach! It's absolutely beautiful!
Getting around
Cherry Grove Beach is one of the most sought after areas in the Grand Strand! It is a golf cart friendly town and there are many places you can rent a golf cart (however, they can not be parked in the condo parking lot). If you decide to drive your car, you are only about a 5 minute drive to major shops, grocery stores and restaurants! Boulineau's (the famous local store that has everything) is about a mile from the condo.
